Clients:
We define our clients as companies with which we have a recruiting agreement in place and for which we have previously and successfully conducted searches (within the past 12 months) or are currently conducting searches. We will not recruit candidates from our clients unless we have permission and /or they have resigned or have been laid off.
We strive to exceed expectations on all search assignments bringing a personal commitment of excellence from each member of our team.

Candidates:
We define a candidate as someone with whom we have spoken regarding his or her career and have received his or
her resume. All conversations between HReed&Company and the candidates are confidential. Furthermore, we will not present anyone's resume and /or discuss their personal situation with anyone until we have the candidate's permission and they have an understanding of the position ad company.
We offer candidates personal service, confidentiality, and the most ethical, professional standards in the recruiting industry.
